TEAM LEADER 360° PROGRAMME

The Team Leader 360° programme is powered by one of the most comprehensive 360° Leadership Assessment instruments - the Leadership Circle Profile®.

 

This tool gathers feedback from individuals at all levels of the organization who have a relevant perspective on the participant’s leadership ability - bosses, associates, peers, and direct reports. These evaluators assess the participant’s leadership skills, attitudes, influence, overall effectiveness, and other key leadership competencies.

This 360° assessment provides leaders with valuable insights into how they are perceived, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement in their leadership effectiveness. The Leadership Circle Profile® assessment is followed by a 90-minute debrief session conducted by an accredited Leadership Circle Profile® practitioner.
