Team Coaching Supervision Lab – Terms of Service

Programme delivered in partnership between Flux Skills (trading as Team Coaching Circle) and the Global Institute for Team Coaching Supervision (GIFTCS)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Team Coaching Supervision Lab Programme (the "Programme"). By registering for and participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Programme Overview

The Team Coaching Supervision Focused Lab Programme is a paid, group-based supervision offering designed for practising team coaches. The Programme includes:

  • Four (4) group supervision sessions

  • Each session lasting two (2) hours

  • Delivered online over a 12-month period

  • Facilitated by experienced team coaching supervisors affiliated with Team Coaching Circle and GIFTCS

The Programme is designed to provide reflective, practice-based learning and does not constitute training, therapy, or formal assessment.

2. Eligibility and Intended Participants

The Programme is intended for:

  • Practising team coaches

  • Coaches working systemically with teams, leadership teams, or multi-stakeholder systems

  • Practitioners seeking ongoing professional development and supervision aligned with ICF and/or EMCC standards

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the Programme is appropriate for their level of experience and professional context.

3. Registration and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a place on the Programme. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment confirms your commitment to the full 12-month Programme.

Refund Policy:

  • All payments are non-refundable once made.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or withdrawal from the Programme for any reason.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, professional commitments, or availability.

4. Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all four sessions where possible. The Programme is designed as a cohort-based learning journey; continuity of participation supports collective learning and psychological safety. Sessions will not be repeated or rescheduled for individual participants. Missed sessions are not transferable to other programmes or future cohorts.

5. Confidentiality

All supervision sessions are confidential. Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Client information shared by others

  • Personal reflections and experiences disclosed during sessions

  • Any identifying organisational or individual details

Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or professional ethical obligations.

6. Professional Responsibility and Ethics

Participants remain fully responsible for their own coaching practice and professional decisions. Supervision does not replace professional judgement, organisational governance, or legal advice. Participants are expected to adhere to the ethical standards of their relevant professional bodies (e.g. ICF, EMCC).

7. Intellectual Property

All Programme materials, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Team Coaching Circle (trading as Flux Skills) and/or GIFTCS unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

8. Recording and Use of Technology

Sessions will not be recorded unless explicitly stated in advance. Participants may not record sessions (audio or video) without written consent from the facilitators and all participants. Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and appropriate technology to participate.
